I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because of its first-class beachfront location and excellent facilities. The all-day dining restaurant, gym, rooftop swimming pool with bar and restaurant, executive lounge, and conference space were all top-notch.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

Very new and modern hotel in great location.. Great Breakfast served daily. Would defiately stay here again.

the negative aspect for me was the unfriendly reception staff. and there is no wifi in the room, Also the TV service was the worst no internatiol channels and if i need to see any movie or anything else will be used by the TV it ask for paying money to provide it :(.

Spacious rooms, very good service. The spot is near to big shopping areas.Makkasan sky railway station is within one kilometer away which will take you to Airport in 15 minutes.

Better to provide bucket or any other water containers in order to have conveniences for travelers like me from middle eastern countries, who does not have the custom of tissue usage after using toilet facility. To have marker or direction message for Muslims to offer their five time prayers.

I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel for a week-long business trip. The staff provided exceptional service, especially with late-night room service orders. The hotel's location was perfect, with nearby shopping markets and great views of the city from the 30th floor. The cleanliness of the hotel, coupled with my fear of insects, was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Every thing was good

I always return to this hotel for my stay because it has everything I need. The staff even helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, airport shuttle. Perfect for my business trips.

The hotel is quite aged and the rooms really need to be refurbished. Pool area is quite poor and looks much better on the webpage. Compared to the price we expected more.

Staffs are very friendly; location is good ; new and clean furniture, very clean rooms and great breakfast.

The rooftop swimming pool with pool bar and restaurant was like a tropical oasis in the heart of the city, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling streets of Bangkok.

The rooms at Eastin Hotel Makkasan, Bangkok - Sha Extra Plus are simply amazing! I stayed in the one-bedroom suite and it was like a dream. The separate bedroom and living room were fully equipped with everything I needed, including a 40" LCD TV and hi-tech in-room entertainment. So cozy and comfortable!

Honestly, I didn't like the size of the TV in the room. It's just my personal preference though, others might not mind.

We had a corner room and had an amazing view of the city. The room was very spacious and luxurious. We ordered room service and the food was excellent.

the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor

Breakfast was not included. and very expensive . 2 levels for ground & lobby.
